SDE can quickly evaluate the looseness and tightness of the face protection during application, providing accurate flat unfolding diagrams (templates), greatly reducing or eliminating the need for manual template making. SDE has 15 years of experience in the use of adhesive simulation, which includes various textile materials from different industries. The flat unfolding diagram (template) in SDE is an optimized result of the template based on surface coverage, material deformation (elongation), and two-dimensional and three-dimensional sewing length matching. For example, one of our earliest clients did not manually create templates before production, but instead used SDE generated template drawings.
